For best results, dry brush the skin first. Stir the mix with a spoon, then apply a small amount to the body. Using circular strokes, gently rub the skin paying special attention to the especially dry areas such as the heels, elbows, and thighs. rinse with warm water, pat the skin dry, and follow with a moisturizer. Repeat as needed. Caution: tub can get slippery.
