Add 3-4 scoops of the herbal mixture to the muslin. Toss the bag under warm running water, allowing it to infuse for 15 minutes. Soak in the "tea" for at least 30 minutes to get the most therapeutic benefits. Drink water during and after the soak. When finished, throw out/compost the herbal mixture, rinse out the muslin, and allow the bag to air dry in order to reuse. Keep herbal mixture in a dry location. Discontinue usage if any redness or allergic reaction occurs.
